In fact, you will be pleased with the format, as each area of the home is actually separated into its own section, and therefore, is easily referenced. This report effectively communicates to you the condition of the home, section by section. 

You'll notice that our report is not simply a checklist, but rather is written in a narrative style that explains to you what was inspected and why. Each area is addressed individually. The report is written specifically for you the client, and digital photography is used as an illustrative visual enhancement as needed.  We hope that this information serves not only to aid you in identifying potential problems, but also to simply offer helpful tips.
